Pros

- Working hours for the evening shift and health insurance

Cons

- Standing 10 hours - Salary is not competitive - Higher ranks gets promoted only, if you are simple assembler, you are assembler forever. - Unreasonable target numbers, After working here would not buy their products, due to these Unreasonable target numbers they are not checked and build properly and very dangerous for patients. - You have to clock in and out on your breaks - Hard to book holidays - Large but very bad canteen service - Lines are always short of people but you are still expected to hit target - Favoritism (this is very annoying) - Team leads on evenings has no experience and not fit for the job at all - You will be burned-out daily for a little salary - Every afew day disciplinary meetings - Almost no overtime at all
