Pros
Great benefits. Always a party or happy hour. Just when you think you hate your job, there's a party or some free schwag to bring you back up. A company that takes care of you, true to motto of Patients first, extremely dedicated employees especially at assembler/operator level in Operations.
Cons
Engineers spend majority of time on paperwork. Poor planning/strategy causes priorities to change daily. Marketing input valued more than best manufacturing practices. Rush for regulatory submissions often results in not the best solutions.
