      Friendly coworkers, friendly management, friendly HR, great with vacation time, raises every year, and you can practically work as many hours as you want, as long as there is work in your department.

      Cons

      Pay starts pretty low but if you put in the work, they’ll take care of you.

      Pros

      Contractor for 2nd biggest aerospace company in the US. Lots of work. Pay is decent to start. 3 shifts to choose from. Intimate family-like coworker relations.

      Cons

      Lots of inconsistencies from enforcement of policies to application of guidelines to availability of work. Raises are pitiful. Hiring and advancement is socially/not merit motivated. Facilities and equipment are old and insufficient.
