Not the worst place to work depending on who you are - Tech Support Engineer Edwards Employee Review

The site I work on is mostly aging which means there are some outdated comments floating around that are not clamped down on. Most people are happy to laugh at racist/sexist jokes. Additionally, the management of activities in my department seems to be a lot worse than other companies (according to more experienced employees) and most departments are also understaffed. The site is not very diverse in terms of ethnicity and gender and this affects the culture, which is disappointing. Many of the programs and equipment we use is outdated so doing simple tasks can take much longer than expected because things aren't just ready to go, you have to fiddle about for hours trying to find the right driver or version of software or cable that is onsite somewhere but no one knows where it is. This is generally frustrating as your job takes much longer.
