Pros
Working on advanced technology at Intel facility and experience working in a high performing team culture. Meeting other company employees and Intel employees is great and they are friendly, flexible and easy-going. This created a positive atmosphere for me.
Cons
No work/life balance. They're doing 5 12's and it literally consumes your life. The problem is while working 5 12's is that their management makes you feel like a tool and a slave instead of a professional workmate. Which exhausts you way more ontop of doing 5 12's.
