      1)I worked in that company for more than 1 year but did not recognize any pro 2)Salary is very less in that they will cut variable pay 25% in that they will give only 5% 3)Fake promises

      1)Management is very poor 2)Location is very very odd location 3)Especially it is not employ benefit
