Cons

Technical head is a rude person All decisions comes last, so we don’t have enough time to done the job with satisfaction we have to work evening (after 7pm or 8 pm) and on Saturdays depending on the Client They satisfies Client in all means donot bother about their employees. This is because you are not employees, just a consultant with fixed monthly salary. No employee benefits such as insurance or PF etc. this will not here as you are not employee No guarantee for your job Favouritism at its peak. Manager likes some people, so he assign them superior over others without any discussion No collective decisions

Cons

At time of recruitment they will say 5 days a week but technical team even works on Saturday's. Travelling required.

Pros

Gained strong foundational knowledge in AI through a course-based learning approach. Worked on a project which helped in understanding real-world implementation. Supportive mentors and a beginner-friendly environment. Good exposure to basic concepts like ML models and data handling. Flexible learning pace made it easier to grasp concepts.

Cons

Learning was mostly theory-focused with limited real-world project exposure. Only one major project, which felt insufficient for deeper understanding. Lack of structured roadmap and clear timelines. Limited interaction and feedback in some phases. Could include more hands-on practice and advanced topics.
