I didn't found any pros, This is wholly my personal views and not subject to any other person.

It's ok they re just using people in name of interns and getting work out of them. I know that's a startup but they need to hire employee on permanent basis if not so then what's the point of operating.

Provides lots of learnings as it is a startup.

lack of proper hierarchy in management.
