The company provide low package as a fresher.

This is a typical 'one-man show' type of company, managed entirely by one person. There’s not much to like about it. I worked here for approximately two years, and based on my experience, I strongly advise against leaving a good job to join this company. Most people barely last 4-9 months here ( if they can be slave to the management) ; either they quit out of frustration, or they get fired. If you’ve heard positive things about this company, it’s likely because of paid influencers or biased opinions.

1. Bad culture of hire and fire 2. As soon as you spend sometime in the company and your salary increases, you become the first one to get fired irrespective of your contributions 3. ZERO job security 4. Frequent changes to organizational strategies 5. No policies related to improvement of employee engagements 6. No flexibility regarding work from home irrespective of any urgencies 8. No investment in improving processes regarding financial operations at this scale. Everything is manual highly prone to manual errors 9. All the verticals work in their own silos without any integration and synergies 10. No objectivity on firing of people. Even one quarter of bad performance and you are on your way out even if you couldn't have influenced any decisions yet you are victim of bad management decisions. And this is the story of each and every fired or quit employee...Organization turns blind eye to individual skill development , career growth , office politics & favoritism , employee welfare. No Work life balance , no employee appreciation , just brand name , no learning , no job security , can be fired anytime....
