Pros
1. Salary on time. 2. Get some refreshment or party occasionally. 3. Good numbers of holidays. 4. Learn new things it depends how hungry are you. 5. Yes you also get some bonus or monthly rewards according to your performance.
Cons
1. Team Leaders are not supportive they act as they are supportive but they are just doing it as favor to do lots of work like a labor. 2. People on management are very narrow-minded. 3. People don't get leave on festivals if you belongs from outstation, HR can cancel it and if you unable to join the double salary will be deducted. 4. As a intern you do mistakes and its okay but its used as your weakness to kick you out at the time of increment or you will get only 1k to 1.5k increment. Worthless 5. I'll suggest if you want to work as labor join this otherwise there are ample of opportunity go grab it.
