Pros

A very close-knit company. Used to be a startup, but now it;s grown pretty big. Very lax environment.

Cons

Office is kind of small, and you will be sent overseas if needed.

Pros

I was able to bond and help several students in China get into top American Schools for college and connect with them.

Cons

They violated their own contract multiple times. It says upon completion of sessions with a student, I'd get paid with in a set time period. Admissions season is October-January, yet I didn't get paid until early July. Furthermore, I had to email every person in the company and message them 10x + to get an information on when I was going to get paid. I emailed and asked about staying to help more students this year and I got no response. After almost no communication, it taking 6 months for me to get paid and almost no guidance, training or remote help, I would not return/intern with them. There's a complete lack of leadership and any semblance of communication . The whole company took a giant vacation for Chinese New Year and told no one, so for 4-5 weeks I had no clue why all my emails/messages/phone calls were falling on deaf ears. Something as so simple as an auto-response would've saved every single person from this.
