Pros

I have worked for ECU for 20+ years. I've built relationships with so many people; both members and employees. Some of the people that I work with are honestly my dearest friends. It's like a family here. The learning opportunities are endless and there's always room to grow. Educators has played an enormous role, in helping me become a knowledgeable employee I am today. Linda, the CEO has the confidence and drive to get any job done that may seem impossible. Her experience is plentiful and she truly has a heart full of gold. What more could you ask for in a leader. She cares about the community and the always makes sure that the members come first.

Cons

NONE! It's a feel good work environment, absolutely no complaints.

Pros

Educators Credit Union is truly an outstanding place to work. Leadership goes above and beyond to support employees, not only in their careers but also in their personal lives. When I recently reconnected with ECU, I was welcomed back without hesitation and smiles! It was so genuine. That level of care is rare, and it shows how deeply ECU values its people. From the top down, the culture is built on respect, support, and appreciation. The CEO’s words and actions reflect how much the organization cares about its employees, and that sets the tone for the entire workplace. If you are looking for a career with a company that values its employees, fosters growth and is true to their core values, Educators Credit Union is the place to work!

Cons

No cons that I can think of.
