Great job! you get the opportunity to help great people with great motivation achieve their goal of being the first generation of educated people in their family.
Cons
The pay is small. But it is totally worth it and once in a while, you get to meet some totally unmotivated people who are not ready to work hard to get results. that can be stressful.
