Working here has been an amazing experience. The company truly values its employees and fosters a supportive, respectful environment. Small LA office staff. Nice and talented staff, though generally younger and newer to the industry since pay isn't always competitive. WFH 1-2 days per week. New small but nice looking office, though the location isn't a great.

CEO is a big con. He's yells and berates people to the point of crying in meetings. Pay and benefits are mediocre, not good, not bad, sort of standard. Not a bad place to start out, but there isn't any way to grow either. Only have a couple director or higher level roles, Your expected to do a LOT since they staff lean and you have minimal resources.
