Pros

Some staff members are friendly; others are very conniving and mask it with a smile.

Cons

The e-commerce manager is a workaholic, and she expects everyone to be the same way. There is no room for advancement because the roles are gridlocked. It's a small company.

Pros

Working here has been an amazing experience. The company truly values its employees and fosters a supportive, respectful environment. Leadership is approachable, transparent, and genuinely cares about the team’s well-being and growth. Good work life balance. Coworkers are friendly, collaborative. The small office setting gives it a close-knit, family-like atmosphere where you feel valued and appreciated every day.

Cons

Nothing significant to note — as with any small company, things can move quickly and require flexibility.

Pros

Small LA office staff. Nice and talented staff, though generally younger and newer to the industry since pay isn't always competitive. WFH 1-2 days per week. New small but nice looking office, though the location isn't a great.

Cons

CEO is a big con. He's yells and berates people to the point of crying in meetings. Pay and benefits are mediocre, not good, not bad, sort of standard. Not a bad place to start out, but there isn't any way to grow either. Only have a couple director or higher level roles, Your expected to do a LOT since they staff lean and you have minimal resources.
