Before new executive director took over in 2020 it was a collaborative environment of top educational professionals serving the educational community of South Texas.

Hostile work environment Unethical business practices' Bullying of employees Non compliance with laws Massive employee turnover Very few employees with more than a few years of tenure Lack of direction and staff still there survive by staying in a silo Worst work environment and leadership I have seen in my entire career A textbook on everything not to do as a leader and organization A high salary offer is not worth the post traumatic stress and career hit you will take belonging to the organization.
