Unappreciated employees, fat cat bosses - Anonymous employee Educated Design & Development Employee Review

This review is several years old, I'm not really sure who wrote it. But it is full of lies. We have annual reviews and usually this comes with a raise. Yes, we recruit young engineers from NCSU. No, when you are in school you do not command high dollar, of course this is true. the tradeoff is you gain huge amounts of experience - - just like me when I was in college. And again the employee lies, of course we replace our employees that leave; this doesn't happen instantly. It is a process that takes time. Our vast awards for Tremendous Growth, in addition to our stunning list of customers, coupled with the fact many employees have spent their entire career here, is proof of ED&D management's excellence.
