The only pro was the work that was happening before the pandemic. Since then the company has become a shell of what it was.

Where do I begin... the only people that gave a darn about the employees were the Field Directors and Managing Field Directors. We know management got raises but the little people never did. The CEO and other officer only care about how they look to the funder and pretending to change the world to feed their egos. They promised Educators over and over that the in-classroom program wasn't going anywhere and inevitably they went against their word, like they did with many other issues. I also disliked that they were secretive about the actual mission of going into classrooms which was to promote a more vegan world, something teachers often complained about. You'll also notice the pattern of a perfect review added after a negative review comes in which begs the question, are they pressuring current employees to review them or is the same person creating multiple reviews so the truth is buried? Can't wait to see the response they come up with to this review taking zero accountability as they have with all other less than stellar reviews. Don't bother embarrassing yourselves.
