Not good to work - Anonymous employee Edubex Employee Review

I joined in this company August 27 . Working hours 12pm to 12am. During my training period I have taken three lead 4 confirmed invoice.Last week of sept suddenly one person removed from our group .So I asked about it wit my TL.Another case is this company has no pf.So this case also asked.after this two cases,sep 30 suddenly I restricted from work, got group call and generally saying that someone will be gossiping,making back stories,trying to oversmart.The next day afternoon I got termination. 1.I asked where is that x friend and why we have no pf. So next day got termination with bla bla reasons. With ethics I don't want to mention my TL and manager

If you asked any questions.the next you will be terminated, reason will we are downsize. I asked two question where is that friend? (Terminated) Why has no pf Next day you will termination

You can teach with your knowledge

The organisation never pays you well enough. But expect the employee to work round the clock. The offer letter which I received was just a word document without any authorized signature. Still I worked, expecting a fair return. When I quit after 3 years I got an experience certificate without any authorized signature or company seal. And when I asked to resend an authentic certificate the HR lady mailed me as follows: Please be informed that this is the same we provide for everyone, if your employer has any questions related to the authenticity you can give my email for reference . So whoever plans to join this organisation do have a second thought regarding the same.
