Moving more towards low/no code solutions via Microsoft’s Robotic Process Automation which may or may not provide the experience everyone is looking for. Also rarely hires from within since the company is so small.

The best part of EduSource is the excellent processes in place. EduSource worked like a well-oiled machine. It was a good, well-disciplined programming environment. I learned so much about how to write good software from my time at EduSource.
