Pros
EduEdge is an environment where I feel like I’m constantly growing, both personally and professionally. The management and team really invest in you and encourage you to take on responsibilities that push you beyond your comfort zone. One of the things that stands out to me the most is how supportive the environment is. There's zero office politics here, which is rare and refreshing. Everyone, from the leadership to the team, genuinely wants to see you succeed and grow. When I first joined, I made my fair share of mistakes, but instead of being judged, I was guided. The focus here isn’t on competing with others; it’s on personal development and working together as a team to help our students succeed. It’s a place where you own your growth & progression and I really appreciate that. The work from home flexibility is also a major plus. We get to plan our schedules, especially on non-class days, which helps me manage my workload better and avoid unnecessary commuting. It’s a nice balance between structure and flexibility.
Cons
The workload can be a bit intense, especially during peak periods. It’s important to stay organised and on top of things, but the learning curve can be steep at the start. That said, once you get the hang of it, the systems in place really help keep things manageable. Working in education means your hours might be a bit different compared to other industries, especially if you're used to having weekends off. It’s a bit of an adjustment, but with good time management, it’s definitely doable.
