Pros

• Friendly and helpful colleagues • Respectful and supportive bosses who will aid in your growth • Good work-life balance (except for peak period) • Able to work from home and sometimes work on weekends to get Replacement Leaves • Flexible lunch hours which enable you to avoid the lunch crowd • Training is provided at the start and throughout the year • Get to attend events hosted by the partner universities (basically networking opportunities) • Get to restock pantry every month so you don't have to spend your own money on snacks

Cons

• Limited food options (but plenty of beverage options to choose from) • MRT buses to get here are not punctual, if you miss the bus you might have to wait 1 more hour for the next one to arrive

Pros

The main thing I take from having experienced nearly 4-months internship here is that the company is really inclusive, they are diverse but I always feel included eventhough I was just an intern. Hence, working environment is great. In terms of work-life balance, it is also great, no over-time nor taking work back home. The leaders of the company provide clear guidelines and work. They are also reachable and open to your opinions (I was asked in fact). They have also moved to a bigger office recently which I did manage to experienced so a new office with a lot of space and facilities and they have pantry with free flow foods and snacks!! I really enjoyed working here with a new and upcoming company, lot of genz(s) with fresh ideas. Thankful for the opportunity.

Cons

Only in terms of transportation, not fully accesible to public transport but itnis available. If you drive a car, its a bit far to park for free

Pros

1. Work-Life Balance!! The work-life balance here is great. We’re not required to work overtime except during peak periods, and if we need to work weekends, we’re compensated for it. It’s a nice change from places that expect constant extra hours. 2. Great Work Culture The team here is amazing. Both seniors and peers are always ready to help when we’re stuck with something. The seniors provide great guidance, making sure we’re supported and able to grow along the way. 3. Solid Learning Materials There’s plenty of content to learn from, and we’re given about a month to really digest it all. It’s not rushed, and there’s always support available to help us understand the material better. 4. Growth Opportunities! The company offers side projects that allow us to explore different areas of interest. This keeps the work exciting and gives us a chance to grow in new directions without getting stuck in monotonous tasks. 5. Strong Team and Structure The teamwork here is solid. There’s a clear structure in both leadership and daily tasks, which keeps everything organized and running smoothly. Everyone knows their role and works together to get things done.

Cons

1. Benefits Could Be Improved One area for improvement is the benefits, particularly around parking and transportation claims. It would be nice to have some support in that area, especially for those of us who commute. 2. Office Space is Small The office space can feel a little cramped at times. It’s not a huge issue, but a bit more room would make the environment more comfortable.
