Great place to start; depending on the site location your day to day operations can be taxing or easy. My site had a great department head who understood technology so I had a good time. As long as your work is getting done, they don't bother you too much. They pay your phone bill and my site we had our own cool little office.

As I was leaving they were implementing stricter rules that felt very micro-managing. There wasn't a whole lot of room for growth. On days where your site is closed and you have to travel to a different site, the location can be *far* and your mileage was not reimbursed or taken into account. Also all miles spent traveling are paid for by you.

Great for getting your foot in the door when it comes to an IT career field.

This is hands on learning, there is no official training. Can be a bit disorganized.
