Pros
If you're interested in joining a fast-growing startup that's helping people in need, and you want to work with a diverse group of passionate folks, this is the company for you. After transitioning out of the public sector, I spent countless hours searching for jobs at social enterprises that are making a real, concrete difference in people's lives. Edquity is unparalleled in that regard. They're not not just talking about fighting homelessness, food insecurity, etc. They're actually doing it. It's like working at a non-profit that has the perks of a for-profit company (competitive pay, good benefits, etc). This place is really one of a kind.
Cons
Like many startups, Edquity can be a challenging environment if you're not willing to be flexible with priorities/responsibilities.
