From leadership down, there is an environment of inclusion, empathy, and dedication to employee wellbeing. The work that Edquity does is directly making an impact in students' lives, and it is clear that the company follows its values both in work product and team dynamics.
Cons
As a start-up, the company is still in the fine-tuning mode of establishing processes and best practices to some of the systems in place. Things can tend to move quickly and goals are ambitious in an effort to tackle a big societal problem - though that can be a pro for a motivated, impact-driven team.
