      - The company in a challenging environment - Education is a great sector to work where you can make an impact in the future - Edpuzzle promotes autonomy and allows to test new ideas, obviously sometimes we will fail but we learn through mistakes.

      - It's a challenging sector so there will be ups and downs

      Pros

      It used to be a supportive and collaborative environment. Some managers are understanding and flexible.

      Cons

      The CEO moved back overseas a few years ago and is completely disconnected. Other leadership positions followed suite and there is zero accountability for managers who fudge your review, lie about your work and show up to work high (and brag about it.) Toxic work environment!!!!
