      Pros

      Human Management. They truly try their best to give you a good work experience. Always in the "Give and take" mindset. This gives a lot of flexibility and efficiency.

      Cons

      Seriously none. I've left for another kind of job but i often regret that I've left.

      Very friendly colleagues, multicultural company and in general a very pleasant place to work. Ideal for career start in IT.

      Cons

      Very hard to get a salary raise, no regular annual salary increase.
