      - Management has created many avenues for open communication and is transparent about the goals of the organization - CEO cares about the cause we stand for and about her employees and it really shows - COVID response has been really good, health and safety has been priority

      - There is no performance review system at this time which can be a barrier to improvement

      Great place, wonderful teams and group support.

      Cons

      Often stayed late, relied on overtime to afford rent. Meetings took away work time but there was no help to catch up

      Operations managers are horrible, workplace bullying is tolerated, adoptions policies, euthanasia rates are abnormally high, low pay, overworked.
