      Remote work, no micro management

      Cons

      Quotas are set so you cannot hit them, receive accelerators or other bonuses. Decreasing commission. Removed all SDR’s Make decisions that affect the whole company without notice. Very unstable Leadership doesn’t know what they are doing Lots of potential but terrible leadership and direction. Love the people but clueless leadership
