Supportive team, great client list and you'll learn from people who are amazing at their jobs.

Very little culture with most people keeping to themselves. Pay ranges from pretty ordinary to sub-par for the industry. Intense deadlines and weekend work is expected, which is followed by long periods of boredom. Your performance is measured on how many hours you bill per week but you won't have any control over how much work you have. Still a pretty good place, but you wouldn't want to be here too long.
