Pros
EditShare has had a challenging few years but it is an excellent place since the Shift merger, with great leadership and some top-tier teams. People are great to work with. While demanding, the environment is family-friendly and positive.
Cons
Despite its size and age, EditShare is very much in a startup mode. Scrappiness is essential and everyone must be willing to take on new challenges. This is not for everyone.
