the engineering department is a center of excellence for technology development, design and implementation of the Company investments. There is a variety of projects (from oil & gas to Power generation), exceptional co-workers with a a lot of experience to share, fantastic location (it's located in the heart of Milan, very well connected), great environment and balance work/personal life.
Cons
the company is struggling to keep up in a difficult environment, in a country in deep crisis and a market in continuous and rapid evolution. Salaries are in line with the italian standard, but Milan is a really expensive city.
