Pros
Extremely ambitious. Fast-moving. Place to do the best work of your life. Management is very demanding but respectful and gives employees space. The office is awesome.
Cons
People work a lot. Regular working hours are respected -- totally fine to come 9-5 or 9-6 -- but often people stay late.
