      Pros

      I was hired with little experience in the field, and have since learned several resume-worthy skills. Working here has been informative and enjoyable.

      The pay is not entirely adequate.

      We make it very clear when hiring Interns that their pay is capped until they graduate. After graduation, if they have performed well, we offer them a full-time, salaried position. We have contacted several organizations and area universities and all of them have stated that our wages for internships are above average.

      Pros

      Most of the people here are very nice, personable, and seem to genuinely care about you as a person.

      Cons

      They did not pay us on time, three out of six pay periods during the summer of 2016.
