      Pros

      I went to work for this company after I retired from a different career. Bret and Rick were great folks to work for. I truly enjoyed everyone I interacted with. I would recommend this organization it is just a great place.

      Cons

      If I could think of something negative or a con I would list it. Perhaps because these people are so nice, it made very difficult for me to resign. Which was for reasons that had nothing to do with Edict Systems.

      Pros

      Good job if you don’t have a lot of drive and aren’t worried about making a ton of money.

      Cons

      Higher Management- owner is wack, support manager wack. $30k base salary for over a decade now with a promise to never have a base pay raise
