      Pros

      EDIC is full of hard-working individuals. People really work as a team and help each other. I love that it is set up with offices rather than cubicles. The company culture creates a fun environment. There are plenty of individuals that have been in the business many years that you can learn from.

      Cons

      No work from home policy for everyone (unless it's a snow day).
