Constant fear of getting laid off - NOC Analyst Edgio Employee Review

CEO is not likable. He gives off a not great attitude. There’s no tuition or certification reimbursement. HR and Payroll teams take a long time to respond to emails and oftentimes don’t respond even to management. They also gave our teams a last minute notice for a schedule change which caused many people to quit. The company has gone through 5+ waves of layoffs which has been lowering employee morale.
