Pros
The company is moving in the right direction which is evident by the new leadership hires that have been announced. The product is enterprise grade and can compete with the best in the industry. External partnerships are world class and the overall vision is correctly focused for longterm success.
Cons
The GTM strategy and building of the brand hasn't be executed well. I do believe this is changing with the recent CRO/CTO hires but we are behind and it's unfortunate because the product is strong.
