Ability to work from home. C-Suite appears to be people driven and believe their mission. New CMO was just brought on and appears promising.
Cons
Poor management and incompetent immediate supervisors with little to zero coaching, upward mobility, and direction. A general lack of knowledge or understanding of relevant industry tactics in go-to-market strategy. Vital positions do not get filled in timely manner, lots of confusion across multiple departments. Salespeople are not paid commissions on time consistently.
