      Pros

      Healthcare benefits and 401k. Thats about it.

      Cons

      Job is the same three tasks everyday with no real challenge or learning experiences. The work environment is depressing and no one is ever there. Feels like every time I have a question, Management doesn't want anything to do with me or is bothered by me. Management never seems interested in having a connection with me and I always felt like no one was truly supporting me.

      The people and the healthcare. Everyone on the team is willing to help you learn, and in turn, looking to grow themselves.

      Cons

      Longer hours (10 - 12) depending on what you are used to, and potentially taking shifts at night hours due to 24/7 nature.

      The healthcare that's really it.

      Cons

      The management is absolutely terrible, doesn't care about employees hires new people every 3 weeks cause that can't keep anyone or they fire u for breathing on count one instead of two.
