Poor communication, very disorganized, lack of professionalism, low pay, bad benefits package (no 401k), very poorly managed. They make employees pay for the onboarding and take months to repay you. They don't communicate when they will reimburse you. Didn't mention the fact that full time is only 37.5 hrs/wk rather than standard 40 hrs/wk until after you have already signed employment contract and finished negotiating pay.
