Employees are encouraged to branch out and expand their horizons. If someone shows that they want to be a leader in this company, their initiative is recognized and will be rewarded, but it requires a lot of extra work.

Cons

401k match should be better.

Pros

• Easy and straightforward interview process • The day-to-day work was manageable • Competitive pay relative to workload • Unlimited PTO policy offered good flexibility

Cons

There was little to no opportunity for career growth or internal mobility. The company lacked regular check-ins with leadership, and there was no clear mentorship structure to support professional development or long-term career goals. Performance reviews were inconsistent and often delayed, which made it difficult to understand how success was measured or how to improve. In general, the organization felt disjointed and reactive. Employee concerns were often ignored—even when multiple team members flagged issues with specific leads or management styles. There was little follow-through or accountability from leadership in addressing feedback. The culture leaned toward micromanagement without clear expectations being set. This lack of communication and support made it a frustrating environment to work in.
