-lot of short term onsite opportunity. -work life balance -flexible working hours. -Good infrastructure (swimming pool,cricket ground, football ground and many more). - product based company tag. - banking domain helps to learn a lot.
Cons
No chances of promotion even if you are doing well -Salary is low. -hike is very less (range from 5-10%) -politics work here too for getting promotion and good hike. -works on its own language and own framework which has no value outside the company except the third party company who is giving product support.
