      They care about your professional development and encourage you to be better and what you do and also expand your knowledge with the possibility to change positions within the company.

      Cons

      Almost everyone is afraid of the CEO so they don't want to take ownership of projects and are afraid to make mistakes.

      Pros

      -Visionary CEO that is passionate and well-known in the industry -innovative team structures to gain valuable work experience -family oriented and diverse team culture -solid company to build your resume and attract career promotions

      Cons

      -extended working hours to finish projects (but that's with any deadline) -language barrier for employees who do not speak Spanish or Portuguese -international travel required for certain positions
