- Required you to work long OT hour (including 20 hours + on weekend), without any compensation - Engineer roster is hell of a mess, say monday they ask you to work 9-6, but you will often receive a call at 11pm, and tell you to come to work tomorrow 7am - Direct violation of employment contract, employment contract stated the regular working hours is 9-6, however they often require you to work 7-7 without any compensation - Smart and experienced engineer all left

- It is good to see a company will ask their employee to post good feedback here, so now everyone know how a typical black company is that - After edge, every company feel like a heaven to work for
