      Positive work environment, management is supportive in accomplishing goals as a Team, Upper management is willing to listen to their employees, this company is the career I've always knew I could find!

      Cons

      Smaller company so benefits can run a little higher when adding family members, but that is quite common anywhere, only con I can think of
