      - Very Individualistic; hard to build close relationship with your seniors or colleagues unless you try very hard. - Not yet settled in many area; i.e. no concise & easy to digest OJT program for newly assigned employees.

      Solutions BU leader drive a toxic work culture within the business unit with no accountability. Long hours, low compensation, favoritism, decisions about your role are done on your behalf, people are fired when having different opinions from the BU leader
