Pros

The office location was convenient and the immediate team wasn't the problem.

Cons

• I was told I was "meeting expectations" during my review, but when I asked what that actually meant or what needed to change, there was no meaningful answer, only vague statements and empty responses. • The feedback was so generic, recycled, and contradictory that it felt like nobody had even looked at my work before filling out the review. • A coworker received the exact same language in their review despite having a completely different role, which made the whole process feel scripted and pointless. • Nobody seems to know what the actual performance standards are, and management appears perfectly comfortable keeping employees in the dark. • The entire review process feels like a meaningless exercise designed to check a box and create paperwork rather than provide useful feedback or help anyone improve.

Pros

You'll be contributing to initiatives that help clients deal with complex healthcare challenges and put real solutions in place. The environment supports learning through real engagement, and there's a balanced mix of autonomous work and team assignments. The training and resources are very helpful. The pay and benefits are good.

Cons

There are usually several active projects running at once, so being able to plan and prioritize is a key skill.

Pros

It was a remote work profile. So, I assumed that working here would allow me to maintain a better work-life balance. It didn't prove to be the right assumption as the workloads were awfully high.

Cons

The clients were awful. They were terrible people who wanted to control everything all the time. First, they set reasonable deadlines. Then, they moved those deadlines for no logical reason and pushed employees to do more. It was ridiculous. What's worse is that the leadership was no help. Employees were completely dependent on clients. They had to obey all the orders without question. Anyone who dared to ask questions was pushed out the door. The ambiance became too toxic with time. When I realized that my role would forever involve awful stress and there was no relief in the future, I opted to quit. Now, I am working for a company where employees have a say in everything. It's way better than Edera!
