Horrible - C N A Edenton Retirement Community Employee Review

Horrible place to work with Horrible management with no class or compassion for staff or residents they are all about money they put us all at risk with this pandemic by letting people who work at multiple nursing facilities that had more cases continue to work here. They pay is an embarrassment unless you are the director. They lie on staff to cover their own tracks and wasn't following cdc protocol and make up rules as they go. Some of the employees treat residents like crap and get away with it. They stay understaffed because they don't know how to treat employees. I would of given this zero stars if I could of.
