      Pros

      Eden fosters a truly supportive and inclusive culture. Since starting, I’ve received excellent training during my induction and probation period. The company promotes from within, and I have already had discussions with my manager to complete training and progress in my role. The team dynamic is collaborative and friendly - co-workers are genuinely passionate about their work and always willing to help. There are regular company events which make you feel connected with all colleagues.

      Cons

      Workloads can be high, however there is always support available and people on hand to help whenever needed. My manager checks in regularly to ensure that workloads are manageable.

      - Best training provider I've had experience of from a choice of out of 5. - Team always ready to help, if they can't help straight away, you don't have to wait long, - Clear communication. - Strong ethos. - Branding being put to good use to help grow the business. - Good employer with clear new employer programmes to follow to settle into the role. - Activities for learners are varied, keeping the course interesting and caters to various learning styles and needs. - Solution based approach to tasks and problems. - different teams working together for the greater good, without competition or malice. - Systems in place for all to use.
